Being the Voice of Women in the Fight for Rights

The transformation of today's world, specifically the corporate sector, demands the need to shatter the glass ceiling. Ending classism, racism, and gender discrimination should be the basic goal of the sector. Women should be given equal opportunities, and they must have equal workplace rights as men. Achieving this is not impossible, but once it seems challenging, SGD takes over. The goal is to end discrimination and make the world a better place to live in. And, in the end, the goal will be achieved.

If we keep working at the same pace and overcome the problem of gender discrimination by the end of 2030, the world would be totally different. Women will no longer have to face sexual harassment. They can move around freely. There would be no workplace exploitation. And, women would be treated as human beings too.
